Would like an option for firefox to remember which tabs are open when the
program exits, and reopen them next time it is started. Remembering the scroll
position of each page would be a bonus. A menu option/shortcut key to exit
without remembering open tabs would also be nice.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. You have 17 open tabs at the end of a hard day's work.
2. Shut down the computer before leaving the office, as required by the admin.
3. Start firefox the next day.

Actual Results:
The home page appears.

Expected Results:
The previous day's 17 tabs should reappear (as long as it it's you at the
terminal :)), scrolled to the positions where you left them.
