When you open a large ammount of tabs at the same time, some of them can't be
shown and they stay behind the 'close tab' button.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a large ammount of tabs
2. Try to browse through all of them (you won't be able too, some of them are
hidden)
Actual Results:  
I couldn't browse through all the opened tabs, because some of them couldn't be
shown.

Expected Results:  
I think Firefox need some kind of horizontal scroll bar, enabling you to scroll
through all the opened tabs.
