This particular web page does not show on firefox 1.0, the web address shown
on the address field keeps changing. Maybe a problem with automatic redirects?
I can view this page with Internet Explorer.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
web page will not display, but the browser seems to be in an infinite loop
of downloading alternating pages
