User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

Once you have a map picture (See steps), you are supposed to be able to zoom in
or out and move to adjoining maps or "recenter" the map by clicking the mouse.
this functionality is not available to any browser other than IE (I have tried
to do this without success with Opera, Firefox and Mozilla)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.whereis.com.au
2. Enter a suburb and select state, then click "search" (try "homebush" and NSW)
- suburb and state combination not important, but needed to get to a map
3. Click on the map, the zoom buttons or next map buttons on the edge of the map
provided

Actual Results:
you are taken back to the search page, and the following error is displayed at
the top of the form. "The requested map for this operation is no longer available."

Expected Results:
the requested operation (next map) should have been displayed - try this with IE
to see expected result

Summary: Map recenter request does not work in non IE browsers → whereis.com.au - Map recenter request does not work in non IE browsers
The functionality provided by this website is working in the latest Firefox.
I was pretty impressed when I visited this site in Opera. Although they recommend Firefox and the latest IE there's also the option to view the site anyway. Great.

Closing this bug as there's no problem with us.
