With a PPOE DSL line, if you open Firefox without a connection, it will never
work until you close Firefox ,connect, AND THEN reopen. I heard same thing
happens on PPOE DSL connection when connection is dropped as well.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open FIREFOX before connecting to internet
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Couldnt browse without closing Firefox and restarting it.

Expected Results:
shouldnt have to restart firefox
Is this problem only seen with firefox? It seems unlikely to me that firefox
would behave any differently than any other application. I frequently have my
connection cut out, and I've never had a problem with firefox not finding the
connection.
