In the Nov. 18 2004 trunk build of Thunderbird (program and installer), the
version is listed as 0.6+ or 0.6.0+.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla Thunderbird.
2. Click on Help>About.
Actual Results:  
The version is listed as 0.6+.

Expected Results:  
It should be listed as something else (maybe 0.9+).
this is the correct version until we return to the trunk after 1.0 is over. work
on the trunk stopped at 0.6 while we focused on the branch.
