When I load the URL http://linuxtoday.com/it_management/2004111900126OPBZ
The textbox labeled "Comments:" overlaps the article text on the pages right column.

Reproducible: Always

1. Load the URL
2. Scroll down the page.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
The textbox width should shrink or the text column should be made narrower.

I see the same problem in Internet Explorer 6 if I play with the window size.
Not a Mozilla/Firefox bug.
