IMHO, if the Content-Type field is not specified or is blank, a certain default
Content-Type should be assumed, such as text/plain or, if the Content-Type is
unknown and different from blank, a simple "attachement" should be shown, like
in the JPEG at the specified URL.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send a message with the Linux command echo blah | mail email@address
2. Take a look at the message in the Inbox

Actual Results:
I saw an empty message with a misc "attachement".

Expected Results:
Show the contents of the message as if the Content-Type would be text/plain.
DUP of bug 155537.
Search bugzilla for Product=Thunderbird and mail&news before open bug, please,
because almost all components execpt UI is shared between Thunderbird and
Mozilla Mail&News.
See also bug 57342 for invalid/unkown Content-Type case.
