The error was seen using Firefox, did you check it using Mozilla?
If so, why didn´t you comment the version and OS where you´ve seen it?

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041119

The 'picture' seen in comment 0 is a flash object. You don´t see it, if you
don´t have flash. The flash object is parameterized for IE, Mozilla can´t show
the parameters specified in the IE-section.

from the source:
these scripts are loaded as Content-Type: application/octet-stream,
and a closing </head> tag is missing.

<script type="text/javascript"

<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://www.misc.ce.philips.com/footer/microsite_settings"></script>
<body>

The flash object, also served as Content-Type: application/octet-stream
