When a new form appears previously inserted data is automatically inserted. I
unchecked the "Save Form information" in Tools; options, also cleared out caches
and history. I shut down and restarted firefox but the problem continues. The
form is in an iframe.

Expected Results:  
When the "Saved Form Information" is unchecked, the auto-complete information
should be cleared out instead of physically having to go to each field and
"Shift-Del" the data.
