When accessing a saved search folder, the list appears to be populated simply by
the order that the search finds the flagged messages. Even though the UI shows
that the list is sorted (via the sorting arrow in the column headers) I must
resort each time I view the contents of the folder.

This presently requires two clicks on the appropriate column header. I.E. If I
want to sort by date descending, Thunderbird remembers that I viewed by this
last time, so I click once on the header to sort by date ascending then a second
time to get the desired results: date descending. The folder needs to sort the
contents of the folder while it is being populated.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a saved search folder
2. Access it and sort by a given field that is unnatural to the way it populates
the message list
3. Navigate to a different folder and then come back to the saved search folder
4. The contents will not be sorted, even though the sorting arrow is present in
the appropriate column header

Actual Results:
Messages remain unsorted

Expected Results:
Worst case scenario is that it should sort the messages after the list has been
populated. However, in a long search this would populate part of a list and
then totally reorganize it for the user.

Best case is it should populate the list in sorted order or not display anything
until all of the results can be presented in sorted order.
