User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041112 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2b In both 0.2a and 0.2b for linux, I have experienced the following issue: If start-date, due-date or complete-date are "unchecked" in a task's edit page, the task then shows up in the tooltip as having that date as "Mon 15 Nov -1 12:00 AM". As of 0.2b, I am also experiencing the following additional problems related to the above: Tasks with due-date unchecked are showing up in red for "overdue", even though they don't have a date to be overdue from. Editing a task with any of the above three checkboxes unchecked shows the box as checked, even though it is still technically unchecked, as clicking "OK" doesn't treat it as though it is checked. Clicking on the checkbox twice is the only way to get it to be considered "checked". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: All of the details are in the "details" field. Actual Results: See above, "details" field. Expected Results: Again, I don't need to elaborate - all the details are above. This is using the latest build (12th November / 0.2b) of Sunbird, straight out of the tarball (not built from source) on a Debian sarge machine in the UK.

Couldn't reproduce this on Mac OS X Sunbird 0.2b As reported, may be only Linux.
Version: unspecified → Sunbird 0.2b

Thanks for the report. Confirming. It is timezone dependent. This sounds like a fix recently checked in but not yet in released builds, see bug 220075 comment 27.

Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041112 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2RC1 I cannot reproduce the bug in Sunbird 0.2RC1, so I'm assuming it's fixed now.
