Request is for webtools access only; no superreview should be required.

Voucher is Dave Miller; he is cc:'d on this request.

CVS Contributor form was faxed 15 minutes ago to Marcia Knous; original has 
since been stamped/posted and will be mailed out today.

I have never used SSH to access CVS before, so I'm not sure if I'm giving you
the right key or not. This is the DSA public key on the machine from which I
would be doing checkins, so I hope that is correct; if not, please let me know
what I should attach instead.

This is for access to mozilla/webtools on the main CVS.  I'll vouch.

Actually, give him webtree access as well.  With some of the stuff he's working
on it'll be useful to have him be able to update some of the pages on the
website as well.
