in Mac tbird, the Pinstripe theme is missing the icon for "Manage subscriptions" in the Account Central "page" for an RSS account. for a quick fix, we could just use the same icon used for "Manage newsgroup subscriptions" for news accounts.

Kevin, this is all part of the pinstripe theme update to match the latest UI changes. Do you want individual bugs like this or just dupe theme against the meta pinstripe update bug?
