Details
If you read a message addressed to 3 people and then hit "Reply All", only the
sender is listed in the addressing widget. However, if you click on the blank
fields below the first addressee, the names of the other recipients are then
displayed. If you then scroll in the addressing widget, the name of the 3d
recipient is then displayed as the same name as the 2nd recipient. However, if
you then send the message, the message is correctly sent to 3 different
recipients (no data loss, but rather a display problem in the addressing
widget).
Build ID: 2000-02-08-17 (mozilla)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Mail
2. Find a message addressed to 3 recipients
3. Hit "Reply All" on the 3-pane toolbar
Expected result: Compose window is displayed with the sender addressed as "to"
and the other recipients listed as "cc"
Actual result: Compose window is displayed with the sender addressed as "to",
but below this first recipient are blank addressing fields listed as "cc"
4. Click in the blank field below the first recipient
Note: The name of the second recipient appears
5. Click in the blank field below the second recipient
Note: The name of the third recipient appears
6. Scroll up to the top of the recipient list
Note: The name of the 3d recipient is now displayed as the same as the name of
the 2nd recipient
7. Send the message
8. Read the message from one of the accounts the message was sent to
Note: The message was correctly sent to 3 different recipients - while the
display in the addressing widget was wrong, the data was not lost, but rather
obscured.
Nominating for Beta1. This bug is easy to hit - therefore high visibility - and
because of the display problem in the addressing widget, to the sender of the
message it appears that data has been lost (i.e., the name of the 3d recipient).
Data loss - real or apparent - is bad.

This sounds to me to be a duplicate of #24950.
