Firefox never tries the saved username/password when visiting a site. It should
try first then prompt if the username/password fails. I have my home page
password protected. You can't believe how annoying it is that Firefox never
uses the information I've given it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Visit a site that requires a username and password. Save them. Restart. Visit
that site again.

Expected Results:
Try the saved information and prompt only if the response is a 401.
