after removing a site from Allow Popup sites, the list did not properly refresh
to display the remaining allowed site list. although the site that i intend to
remove was deleted off the list.  The list will only be updated when you return
to the list by closing and reopening the window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools->Options->Web features
2.Click Allowed sites button beside the Bloked Popup windows option
3.Remove a listed site

Actual Results:  
The list of allowed site for popup did not refresh properly

Expected Results:  
It should have listed the remaining allowed sites.

In what way exactly did it not refresh properly? The known ways that I know of
are: delete the last item, it turns blank but is still selected, or, select
multiple items, delete them, the remaining items move up but the selection stays
where it was. One of those, or another one?
