User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041108 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041108 Firefox/1.0

If you have a look at the given URI you'll see a kind of guestbook-styled site.
Try hovering over the "names" and you'll notice that the a:hover
{text-decoration:underline} style defined in the
http://firefox.s01.user-portal.com/style.css doesn't work properly. In fact the
number of links the feature works with varies every time the page is reloaded.
This bug only occures (as far as I know) with the Windows version of Firefox.
Testing it with the Linux version it worked all fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://firefox.s01.user-portal.com/underline.html
2. try hovering the "names"

Actual Results:
some links are underlined on hovering, some are not.

Expected Results:
all of the links should be underlined on hovering.

Hover the link, it doesnt get underlined. Works in quirks mode. Whatever is
removed now and it will work.
