XForms should be built when --enable-extensions=all is given, unless xtf or webservices is not enabled. (transformiix is also required for it to work, but it's a runtime dependency, not a build-time dependency)

Comment on attachment 166610 [details] [diff] [review] patch If you make the sed command, 's|xforms||g', r+sr=dbaron. And the same change would be nice elsewhere. (And I wish we could rely on one of \b or \< and \> being supported, but apparently we can't outside of GNU sed.)
