Attempt to download file from website. First the autodownload doesn't start and
then when manually started get error message. Source could not be read.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Site for download
2.click download
3.get error message

Actual Results:  
Need to run IE 6.0 to get downloads

Expected Results:  
Offered to save or open file
Typing about:plugins into the URL bar should fix your problem.
