Tooltips sometimes show up outside of the browser or in the incorrect location

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a link on a page
2. quickly move mouse over an element on the page that normally will popup a tooltip
3. If the next page loads before the tooltip pops up, the tooltip will popup in
the wrong place after the page loads

Actual Results:  
The tooltip was located in the wrong place

Expected Results:  
The tooltip should not load at all since the element is no longer there.

1. Also visit a site with an rss feed (eg http://news.bbc.co.uk/ )
2. Left Click on 'Add Live Bookmark' icon in the bottom right of the browser
3. Hover over the 'subscribe to rss..."

Expect to see a tooltip appear below the icon (a la FF1.0) but instead the
tooltip gets shown over the mouse-pointer, which triggers the button and then
makes the tooltip disappear before you can read it. FF1.0 did not do this.

No idea.  Note that comment 1 is about a trunk issue while this bug is filed on
a branch build, so please to be filing a separate bug (blocking1.8b4? please) on
comment 1 instead of morphing this bug...  If you can then give me a regression
range, that would be nice.  ;)

Still highly visible.

1. Hover mouse over a link which opens a tooltip
2. If the tooltip is showing: use the forward/backward browse button on mouse.
(bfcache enabled / disabled does not influence it)
3. Fx loads the correct page with the tooltip still visible

This should be fixed now that the fix for bug 300808 is checked in, please check with tomorrow's trunk build?
