Why wouldn't this be exactly the same bug as bug 259757?
Bug 212230 is the same problem but then with the temporary dir. Which might be
the same bug as bug 69938.
Bug 65770 seems to be the right target to mark the first two bugs as duplicated
from.

I am duping to bug 65770 per comments on IRC and the shear similarity of the bugs.
Reporter, if you feel this was done in error, please REOPEN.
