It would be nice to be able to change several prefs at once using a package
(similar to installing an extension or merging a .reg file into the Windows
registry)

Saving these packages should be done using about:config, by selecting multiple
prefs -> Save as Preferences package. The GUI for creating and installing these
files should probably go in another RFE.

Prog.

PS.
This RFE is inspired by Bug 239533, comment #2
