When using the above URL and one selects the Dealer login button a third option
should appear. It does not :-)
When using IE to access the same page and I select Dealer Login option the third
option appears

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL  
2. Select the dealer Login option
3. Nothing happens

Actual Results:  
The third option to provide a clients serial number does not appear
When using IE ( not wanting to but forced to ) the third option appears

Expected Results:  
Opened up the third selection
