In the Bookmarks menu when moving bookmarks (or bookmar folders) a line is shown
where the bookmark will be moved to when releasing the mouse button.

Such lines are also shown when right-clicking within the bookmarks menu and move
the mouse over "New Folder...", but they are missing for "New Separator" and
"New Bookmark...".

And all these lines are missing in the Bookmarks Toolbar!

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
1. Bookmarks menu should also show these lines for "New Separator" and "New
Bookmark..." (not only for "New Folder...").

2. Bookmarks Toolbar should behave like the bookmarks menu and also show all
these lines.

The "when moving bookmarks" part of this bug is (probably) bug 235243.

Honestly, right clicking on a menu is non-standard behavior in the first place. There's not an easy way to do this. This is, technically, a feature request, so I'll confirm it as that, but this might be INVALID with places.

we don't show indicators for context menu, entires are always added above the current selection.
