This is basically a feature request. I work with my mail client minimized, so
when new articles arrive in my RSS account, there is no notification. It would
be great if Thunderbird notified my just like it does when I receive a new email.  

Overall, it would be great to make RSS more configurable. (Empty Trash on exit,
new message notification, etc.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure an RSS feed.
2. Wait for Thunderbird to fetch new articles from RSS.


Actual Results:  
No notification in the system tray, or noise, that new RSS article arrived.

Expected Results:  
Give a notification just like it does when new email arrives.
