271132 - Change also "Copies&Folders" settings of multiple identities when "Global Inbox use or not" setting of account is changed

When a account is changed from "Not use global inbox" to "Use globabl inbox" or
vice versa, "Copies&Folders" settings of the accout is automaticaly changed from
folders of the account to folders of deffered account(Global Inbox account) or
vice versa.
However, this automatic "Copies&Folders" change is not done for multiple
identites defined for the account.
It is better to change automaticaly, because almost all user's expectation is, I
think, that "Copies&Folder" for multiple identities is same folders as account's
one.

As I prefer "bcc myself" to the "Sent" folder, I find it a great inconvenience
that I have to use "Sent" for all but the default "Identity".

The settings in "Copies and Folders" for an account should surely apply to all
identities?
