on the top and the bottom. This is a CSS problem.

Still a "problem", I suppose, though Firefox (and all other Gecko browsers) are rendering this site exactly as it's supposed to be rendered. (The same problem shows up in Webkit browsers.)

TE is not a catch-all component for making webmasters fix bad code, and this is clearly a case of someone not knowing how to code for anything (except maybe IE, but I'm having a hard time believing IE interprets this in a "desirable" manner either). INVALID.
