271189 - fail to create new "saved search folder" with name of deleted old folder

I've tried many times and confirmed this:
You cannot have a saved search folder with a name of a periously deleted folder.
ther will be errors.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
(1) First, I  deleted an old folder (say named "from AAA").
(2) Then I created a new "saved search folder" with the name "from AAA".
(3) As I pressed "Create", nothing happened.
    (normally, the pop up window should be dismissed, but not in this situation)
(4) When I pressed "Create" again, a window poped up and said something like
    "the folder of that name is already exist"
(5) when I quited the pop up window with "Cancel" and restart thunderbird, I can 
    actually see that folder "from AAA".
(6) But as I clicked and browsed that folder "from AAA", I can only see stuffs in 
    the folder I browsed periously.

A patch for the duplicate has been checked in, available in current nightly 
builds; but see bug 267890.
