See attached screenshot. The cursor in form input fields is normal, a regular vertical line. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click in the address bar or search bar 2. 3. Actual Results: Cursor has a dot Expected Results: Cursor should be a single line.

I've seen it with a 2004-11-19 trunk build, but I'm not seeing it directly from starting up.
There are some thoughts about this in bug 260604.
I'll be damned... I also have this "hack" mentioned in bug 260604, to put the sidebar on the right side of the main window. Without the extra userChrome, the cursor is just a single line... Well, that's another side-effect of this hack then: - Gripper in download window is on the left side - Tree-view in bookmark editor is on the right side - Cursor has dot to show text direction for bidirectional text Marking duplicate of bug 61847. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 61847 ***
