The cursor in the location bar and the search bar has a strange dot that appears
in the upper half of the "|". See attached screenshot. The cursor in form input
fields is normal, a regular vertical line.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click in the address bar or search bar
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Cursor has a dot

Expected Results:
Cursor should be a single line.

I've seen it with a 2004-11-19 trunk build, but I'm not seeing it directly from
starting up.
There are some thoughts about this in bug 260604.
I'll be damned... I also have this "hack" mentioned in bug 260604, to put the
sidebar on the right side of the main window. Without the extra userChrome, the
cursor is just a single line...

Well, that's another side-effect of this hack then:

- Gripper in download window is on the left side
- Tree-view in bookmark editor is on the right side
- Cursor has dot to show text direction for bidirectional text
