Cannot delete file on desktop after downloadmanager stopped downloading
file/crashed download.... tells me the file (which has 0 byte) is used by
another person or process, which it is NOT. Even a reboot doesn't solve this
problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Firefox Download Manager must stop/crash downloading
2. press Abort
3. press Retry (it happens when firefox tells you that the file isn't at that
location anymore available.... which is just wrong...)
Actual Results:
I got a nice 0 byte file on my desktop, which i can't modify, or delete.
Retrying the download produces a second file with a '-1' suffix.

Expected Results:
WORK ! So i have not a collection of dozens empty non-deleteable files on my
desktop after usin firefox for some month...
Seems very similar to bug 262683. Reporter, can you confirm this?
I'm marking this as a dupe, because it seems like the same thing. If the
reporter has info to the contrary, he/she should feel free to reopen.
