271279 - When I Download, after a couple minutes it saves when it isn't done.

When I try to download and save a file using Firefox, it saves it after a couple
minutes even when it is not done. Then I have to keep restarting and restarting
and restarting the download and there are all of the same file on my desktop
except only one works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a File

Actual Results:  
See Description.

Expected Results:  
It should have saved the file completley and not taken it off of the download
maneger and I should not have to restart the download.

Is this one particular file, or all files you try and download? Maybe you're
having connection issues to those sites?

It is all files I try to download.
