Not sure if I picked the right component, but this has become a major crash with
Firefox 1.0. User comments and urls vary, but the stacks for most of these

Hopefully we can figure out what's going on from the stack trace. I have not
been able to reproduce this crash after visiting many of the urls mentioned in
the comments? Adding helpwanted keyword to see if we can get a simplified testcase.

This bug is present also on Firefox trunk (for example TB2813962), so changing version. BTW TB2728461 is for Thunderbird trunk and TB2788611 for Seamonkey trunk (both have same signature and different stack).

Adding FFTrunk to summary for tracking since this is crashing the FirefoxTrunk as well. This bug is older, but bug 299090 and bug 299146 have more info. Crash itself is fixed on trunk. Not yet fixed on 1.0 branch.
