Definition of defaultquery seen in editparams.cgi:
"This is the default query that initially comes up when you submit a bug."

That's wrong! defaultquery is the default query used when submitting queries,
not bugs.

Doesn't come up when you submit a query either.  It comes up when you load the
query page with no other parameters passed.  Not sure how to phrase that
without confusing people though.
