By default TB creates RSS account named "News & Blogs". Naming it differently
still creates "News & Blogs" folder under Mail directory in user profile and
stores RSS feed under it.

Trying to create another RSS account creates another folder named "News & Blogs-1"
under Mail directory, but this account does not appear in TB even after restart.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create RSS account named Live Journal
2. Add several LJ feeds there
3. Create another RSS account named "RSS News"

Second account is not visible
