If I want to start Firefox by clicking on a link given in MSOutlook I get a
blank screen instead of showing the webpage, then when I click on Close,
userinterface disappears but sometimes firefox is still running in the
background and before shutting down this process I am not able to initiate a new
session with firefox.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Starting firefox clicking on a link got from Outlook
2. Clicking just on Close
3.

Actual Results:
1. I get a blank userinterface (no webpage is shown)
2. firefox process still running in the background
