Troubleshooting, in most every manual I can recall, is normally an appendix
item. Section 2.6 needs to be moved into such an appendix and troubleshooting
items that are in other areas (such as the FAQ) should be moved here.

I know it's "only" documentation, and that you're the guy whose name is on the 
component, but does that mean that you don't have to put up attachments for 
review and never make mistakes?

I was under the (perhaps mistaken) assumption that nothing was supposed to get 
checked in until/unless at least one other person had reviewed it... and that 
included docs. I remember reading through old documentation bugs and Barnboy 
getting a bit of a lecture from Dave for just committing stuff that nobody else 
had ever seen...

As was mentioned in the email I just sent out, this will be my last checkin
without going through the new review process. This appendix now exists in 2.18
identical to the one that's in the tip.
