but on

I found bug #149327
this bug appears on Firefox so it should be easier to find.

That bug is not in the Firefox product, it's in the Tech Evangelism product.

The search box on the bug entry page only searches the product you're trying to
file a bug against.

I understand what you're saying, but as this was the first time I have reported
a bug, being unfamiliar with your proceedures, I naturally looked under the
product I was using when I found it. Perhaps it would be possible to make the
search wider to help to avoid people submitting duplicate bugs.
