If you remove a site from the Allowed Sites window, it stays in the list until
you click Ok, and open the window again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the Allowed Sites window in Options.
2. Click a site.
3. Click Remove Site.

Actual Results:  
The site is removed, but still appears in the list, until you close the window
and open it again.

Expected Results:  
It should update the list after the button is clicked.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b) Gecko/20050118 Firefox/1.0+
Encountered in Tools > Options > Web Features > Load Images > Exceptions dialog box.
May be related to bug 273698
