User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.1) Gecko/20040707
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.1) Gecko/20040707

Hide the location bar, ask for a new tab, type the first half of the url you
want to go. Now Show the location, the url doesn't appear. But, if you complete
the url or if you type another url in the empty field and press enter. The
browser uses the full URL.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hide the location bar (i mean, the bar at the top of the browser which allow
the user to type URL). I hide it by clicking on the grey button with the small
triangle on the right of the location bar.

2. Ask for a new tab (Ctrl+T). When you do so, the text field of the location
bar got the focus.

3. Type the URL where you want to go or a part of it (http://www.mozilla.org).

4. Don't press enter and show the location bar (by using the same grey button
with the triangle). Normally, you can see that the location bar's text field is
empty.

5. Now, press enter and the new tab will load the URL. You can even complete the
URL in the field (for example, type products/firefox/ then press enter).

Actual Results:
As i describe, the location bar look empty or at least not refreshed as long as
i don't press enter.

Expected Results:
The text field should be refreshed when the location bar is shown.

It's due to a special case. An hidden field have the focus. Maybe another
solution is to remove the focus if the location bar is hidden. But i like this
features.
