There are some new features like sharing and autoreload. They are in a testing
phase for now but the dialog should be modified. Before doing so though there
should be some discussion on the settings to actually save... Probably "shared"
and "automaticallyUpdate" are duplicates and we can do with only one of them....  

Note: When a calendar is added/edited make sure that autoreload is also set.

The New Calendar File dialog has "Automatically publish changes" and a location
option for where to publish the file to.  I think this covers both the 'sharing'
and 'autoreload' options asked for here.  Any reason to not mark WORKSFORME?

I can't see this option in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061201 Calendar/0.4a1------------->  INVALID?

This references old portions of the Sunbird codebase.  We are marking this as invalid.  If it is applicable to the current codebase, please reopen, and describe how and why it is valid.
