Up to 0.9 versions it worke fine, but now it's not,
in javascript window.status doesn't work.

is it enabled in TOOLS - OPTIONS - WEB FEATURES - ENABLE JAVASCRIPT -> ADVANCED?
Hide status bar is not checked, and I couldn't find any other options.
look for "change status bar text"?
