I try to look for a way to include all the history of a bug in the email. I am 
not sure if there is a way that I achive through modifying newchangedmail 
section under parameters.

Here is the current value in that section:
From: bugzilla-daemon

I am using Bugzilla 2.16.6. The goal is to include all the history of the bug 
in the email to all the users. Is there a way to configure them, and how?
