The plug-in contents(e.g., flash, java applet) are always positioned foreground
of absolute positioned box.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
the div box(its background-color is gray) is not positioned foreground.

Expected Results:  
the div box should be positioned foreground.

Is it WONTFIX?
I don't have an idea how to render plug-in window and tracking the events.

Bug 202628 has reported the same problem, although that URL doesn't
cause the problem now...
