In one tab, a modal window opens (ex. on some forums, in order to add a
hyperlink to your post). Cannot switch to another tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open two tabs
2.Open a modal window in one tab
3.Switch to the other tab
Actual Results:
Cannot switch to the other tab
Expected Results:
Switch to the other tab

An example of a modal window could be the Help->About box.
This is not related to tab switching. It's rather the concept of modal windows
you don't like. Notice that nothing else outside the modal window works, not
just the tab switching.
Because the dialogs are windows modal, not tab modal.
