3. copy incident id
4. run mozilla
5. load tb id

There are currently 2311 incidents waiting to be processed by the Talkback server.
The next incident id in the queue is 2135776 and was submitted on 2004-11-23
10:35:23.0.
Based on that information, some of your incidents might take a while before they
show up in any queries

currently i have to manually chomp off part of the url to get the update
message, which sucks :)
I added more logic and some useful messages for various scenerios.  Marking fixed.
