Implement Content Filtering/Content Advisory ala Internet Explorer. Lack of this
capability is the only reason I cannot migrate my children away from IE. 

Don't need the ICRA rating system. Just need a list of allowed sites, a list of
disallowed sites and the ability for the administrator to enable a page and/or a
site temporarily or permanently, if encountered during browsing.
