Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041020

Description of problem:
Whenever I start mozilla, it creates a 800x600 window. No matter what Window
Manager is used or OS version used. The Window always opens on the top left
corner of the desktop.
Under KDE WM, I tried telling kwin to store the new window size, but to no avail.
Tried deleting the $HOME/.mozilla directory, tried using a different skin,
nothing seem to help.
Problem began when I started installed Fedora Core 2 (with mozilla 1.6) and
remained when I upgraded to Fedora Core 3. (with mozilla 1.7.3)
I saw a two bugs that seem to be related, but both were two-three years old...

Versions:
FC2 rpm: mozilla-1.6-8
FC3 rpm: mozilla-1.7.3-17

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozilla.
2. Resize moziall to 1280x1024.
3. Tell wm to store window size. (Optional.)
4. Shutdown mozilla.
5. Start mozilla (using xterm/gnome panel/kde panel.)
6. Use xwininfo to measure window size.

Actual Results:
New mozilla window size is still 800x600 and started on top left corner.

Expected Results:
New mozilla window size should be 1280x1024.
