Try a refresh.  Not sure why you saw that message.  It works for me...the
message says its in queue.

*nod*, i happened to get it repeatedly for that incident. just something to
think about. perhaps the code should try again, or do some additional logging so
we can track down the problem :)

Timeless:  If you continue to see this problem with other incidents, just update
this bug.  Maybe the incidents the are in queue are causing some sort of problem
if they are in a state between being collected and queued or between the queue
and processing.

That last error was my fault, I wrote the code to work only when we had a
backlog... I think I've fixed it, but it might take a little testing.  Try again
and let me know if you see that last error anymore.  Thanks.
