We should require that any additions or modifications have a visual element in
the form of a screenshot or logo.  Themes should preview the actual theme being
provided.  Extensions with UI elements should preview a screenshot of the UI
element.  If a screenshot is not possible as no UI element exists, then the logo
of the individual, group or company may be used, or we could provide a set of
default images for each of the major categories which would be the default.

This should also go in the policies document.  We should force users to agree to
this before letting them make a UMO account.
